Vidya Balan’s forthcoming film The Dirty Picture eventually lands up in the Court, after late Silk Smitha’s brother registered a application in the Andhra Pradesh High Court claiming character assassination of his sister, and saying that the family members wasn’t approached by the film producers. The application has been submitted after giving 2 lawful notices to Balaji Telefilms, the makers of the movie. As the film producers didn’t respond to the notices, Prasad made a decision to move the High Court over the matter.

Smitha’s family members came to realize that they made the obscene movie according to inputs provided by an claimed boyfriend of Smitha in Chennai. A angry Prasad lashed out at the producers of The Dirty Picture and told, “What right do the maker and the movie director have to make this movie, without the family members’ permission?”

Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai will be offered with tight protection at the Seven Hills Hospital, Marol, Mumbai, where she’s likely to deliver. Safety plans for Aishwarya Rai has been improved at the Seven Hills Hospital where actress has reportedly been admitted for delivery. According to sources, the whole 5th floor of the hospital has been reserved for Aishwarya and her family. The 5th plus the 4th floor will be available only with a valid move.

The senior most healthcare workers of the hospital will be offered with a particular staff that they can use to reach the floor that Aishwarya will be placed in.  Talking with a top newspaper, a source exposed, “There are 2 gates leading to the hospital and a massive carpark which divides it from the street. The back entrance which is mainly shut will be utilized by the Bachchans to go in the hospital.”

The hospital reportedly has constructed a small enclosure which could more likely utilized for media updates and to post guards.
